Join UFPJ-Bay Area on the streets of San Francisco on September 24.
Thank you ANSWER for going ahead and making the plans for Dolores Park, gathering at 11 am.
If you came out in March, you will remember that UFPJ-Bay Area brought out the memorial panels and displayed them on Dolores, on the median strip, extending south from 18th Street. This was very effective and powerful for people to see as they gathered.
We are doing this again on September 24. Bring a sign you want to march with, or let us know and we’ll bring you one.
We need 35 or 40 people from 10:40 to noon to be with the panels, holding them, handing out the simple cards that explain a little about them. We will also be promoting the day of action that Monday, so we’ll also need people who are willing to hand out announcements about that.
If you are in a member group of UFPJ, see if they already have a rendezvous spot. If not, then maybe you would suggest y’all rendezvous near us!
